One of the founding partners of Schwartz Goldstone & Campisi LLP., graduated with honors from City College of New york in 1980. Three years later he received his Juris Doctor degree from Cardozo School of Law. Mr. Schwartz is admitted to practice in all the courts of the State of New York as well as the U.S. Southern District and U.S. Eastern District federal courts. He began his practice with the firm of Mcgovern, Bombara & Claire specializing in the defense of major accident cases. Thereafter, and for the next 16 years Mr. Schwartz was a senior associate at the nationally known firm of Fuchsberg & Fuchsberg, representing victims of major automobile, construction and premises accidents. With a legal practice extending over several decades, Mr. Schwartz has successfully represented seriously injured victims and has achieved results in the millions of dollars. Currently, he is a civic and community leader and specializes in the handling of serious construction and premises cases.
