Herbert, a native New Yorker of South American descent, speaks Spanish fluently and is a Member of the Hispanic National Bar Association. He earned his Bachelor's of Science degree in Mathematics from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and holds a Master's degree in Operations Research from Columbia University's, School of Engineering and Applied Science. Herbert received his Juris Doctorate degree from The University of California, Berkeley in 2003 and prior to practicing tort law, worked on Wall Street as a licensed stockbroker for various financial institutions. Subsequently, Herbert has dedicated himself to the practice of personal injury, medical malpractice, and legal malpractice. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the Eastern District of New York, the Southern District, the State of New Jersey and New Jersey District Courts. He has a vast amount of experience with handling complex cases from inception through trial. Herbert works zealously for his clients, successfully negotiating numerous high worth settlements in addition to having been awarded substantial verdicts after trial.
